Meals can be served at the elegant wooden banquet table, crowned by an impressive sculptural Italian chandelier, or at the large stone table on the deck overlooking the bay.
On cooler nights, you can light the gas fire and enjoy the romance of curling up in front of the stone hearth or perhaps catch all the PGA action on the Widescreen Apple TV.
Down in the basement there’s garaging for up to four cars and a boat.
Just like the lodge, Kauri Hill Villa also has an open plan design and floor to ceiling glass frontage that allows for unobstructed sea views from all the living spaces and both bedrooms but at 272 square metres, it has a smaller footprint.
Likewise, the Villa has a very large deck complete with spa and generous outdoor entertaining areas.
